If the caller asks if they can get an office appointment:
So currently the offices that we partner with they are not taking any appointments today however we do have a dentist that we could get you connected with now that would be able to help you relieve the pain and call in prescription such as antibiotics for you at a cost of $59.99. We can then follow up with you to set an appointment for the earliest date available in your area.
If the caller ask if we do accept insurance at the beginning of the conversation :
Yes, we do accept your insurance. We would match it to an office that except your insurance but currently the offices that we partner with are not accepting any office appointments however we do have an option where we could get you connected with an dentist over the phone to help you relieve the pain and also calling prescriptions like antibiotics to help if you have an abscess swelling or infection at a cost of $59.99 , which is out-of-pocket and you could use your insurance to pick up the prescription at your local pharmacy.
If the customer ask if we accept insurance after quoting the price for the video call
So for the video call with the dentist, it is $59.99, which is an out-of-pocket cost but you’re able to use your insurance to collect your prescription at your local pharmacy.

So this is Denteractive virtual care, we partner with a list of different offices across the states but currently the offices that we do partner with are not taking any appointments. We do have the option where we can get you connected to a dentist virtually to help if you are in pain and call in the required prescription for you

Let the customer know the name of the dentist that is available and that you just forward the information to the dentist and he will call her within 5-7 minutes and if the caller has any difficulty to give us a callback.
